Festival Stage Booking

The Tilbury Auto Mall special event stage is FREE to use for non-profit groups, charitable organizations and community events.

The stage is built from a converted 53’ transport trailer. Event organizers must arrange transportation to and from the Tilbury Auto Mall by a properly licensed and insured transport driver or transportation company. If required, we can assist in arranging transportation. Transportation costs ARE NOT included.

Submission of this form is not confirmation of the availability of the stage for your event. The stage is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can expect a response to your request in 7-10 days of submitting your application, via email, with further instructions.
